If your purchase is not right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact us before sending anything back

Please contact Muuv It before mailing a return. Include your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and the reason for your request. We will review the request and provide the return instructions and mailing address if your return is eligible.

Returns sent without first receiving our return instructions may not be accepted.

Return condition

Items should be returned in their original, unused condition, with any tags and original packaging where applicable. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please let us know the item, colour and size you need when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and confirmation after we review your request.

After we receive your request

Once we receive and assess an approved return, we will confirm the outcome with you. Please follow the return instructions we provide before mailing your item back.
