Local Shipments (Singapore and Malaysia Warehouses): For items shipped from our warehouses in Singapore or Malaysia, you can expect to receive your order within 3 days under normal circumstances. This is based on standard courier services and may be affected by external factors such as weather or delivery carrier delays.

International Shipments: Some pre-order products are sourced from other countries and may require additional time for restocking and shipping. For these items, please allow 7-14 days for delivery. We strive to ensure that these items are delivered to you as quickly as possible, and we will keep you informed of any significant delays.
- Shipping Charges: We charge a standard shipping fee of 3 SGD, with free shipping on orders over 10 SGD.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs procedures. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Exchanges
At Muuv-It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we offer an easy and hassle-free exchange process.
- Eligibility for Exchange: You can exchange items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and ship the new item to you.
- Exchange Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the item for an exchange. If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchanges for Size or Style: If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please check our stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, and with intact tags.
- Items must be returned in the original plastic packaging. Returns without the original packaging will be rejected.
- Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly through our online store.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns processed after 14 days will be rejected.
- Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- Shipping Fees for Return: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items for a return. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
